Dear Grade 7 Parents,
Due to the extreme heat forecast tomorrow, we have decided to reschedule our drive thru grad ceremony to
Tuesday June 29 at 9:15 am for French and 9:45 am for English.
We are very sorry for this inconvenience, but the health and safety of our community is our top priority.
We will be forming two lines in the parking lot, and bringing the students from both cars into the gym at a time. This will move us along quickly.
We are asking that you PLEASE only send 1-2 others (max) into the gym to take a picture. Parents are only permitted must stay by the inside of the gym door. After a picture, you must immediately return to your vehicle and exit the parking lot.
For any Grade 7 whose parents is unable to drive, the student may walk thru the gym according to the schedule above.

Monday, June 28th will be the Drive-thru School Leaving Ceremony.
French students will participate beginning at 1pm and English students at 2pm. This is a regular school day however if you choose to keep your child home in the morning please advise the teacher. If your child will be attending school in the morning, please make arrangements with them to be picked up at noon.
Please line up along Stratford facing North, turning left into the staff parking lot. Staff members will be directing traffic.
You are welcome to decorate your car. Each Grade 7 student will exit their vehicle and receive their diploma, have their picture taken and then directed out of the parking lot. Unfortunately, only Grade 7 students are permitted to exit the vehicle. A staff member will be taking their picture. Mr. Lapierre will share these photos with you.
School Leaving Ceremony – 1pm French and 2pm English on Monday, June 28th . This is a regular school day however if you choose to keep your child home in the morning please advise the teacher.
If your child will be attending school in the morning, please make arrangements with them to be picked up at noon.
After the ceremony parents may keep their children for the remainder of the day.
