Trouble Accessing Your Account?  

• Forgot your Login ID? Click “Trouble logging in?” and select “Retrieve your Login ID.” Enter the email address registered with the school and your Login ID will be sent to that email.
• Password expired: If you receive a message stating that your password has expired, follow the on-screen instructions to create a new one.
• Password recovery: Enter your Login ID email address and answer a security question. This will allow you to reset your password in the future by clicking “I forgot my password.” The system will email you a link to reset it.

We’re excited to open Spring hot lunch ordering! Our hot lunch program will run on Wednesdays from April 1 through June 17 and we’re looking forward to another great term of sharing delicious meals with our school community.

Ordering for the first hot lunch on April 1st is now open with the deadline closing on March 13, 2026.

To help families plan ahead, here are the ordering deadlines for each month:

    • June ordering deadline — May 27

We’re also thrilled to introduce a new vendor this term: Sal y Limon. We hope their offerings bring some fresh and tasty options to our menu. As always, your feedback is incredibly valuable. Please let us know how your children enjoy the meals. Your input helps us refine the menu and remove items that aren’t a hit.

IMPORTANT – In case your child will be away on Hot lunch day, please email the Hot Lunch team before 10:30am (aubreypac.hotlunch@gmail.com) and NOT the teacher. Your child’s food will be held at the PAC KITCHEN for pick up. We kindly ask that if you would like the food to go to a sibling or another student in a different class that they be asked to pick up the food at the PAC KITCHEN. Food will not be sent to another classroom as this helps to reduce distribution errors as well as helps streamline distribution for the teachers.

Basketball Team Permission Form

Team practices will be during our lunch hour on Mondays (boys) and Friday (girls) from 12:20 – 12:50pm.

With winter weather here, we want to remind you about how the Burnaby School District shares weather-related school closures.
All schools will remain OPEN, unless there is heavy snowfall, damage or other circumstances – such as a power outage – that make it impossible to operate safely. The District will do its best to communicate school or district-wide closures on our website by 6:30 am. However, please keep in mind that there may be situations where this is not possible. Another way to learn about school closures is on local radio and TV stations, some of which are:

Student safety is a responsibility we share with families. Please walk your child to the door of the school if you are unsure whether or not the school is open. If for any reason you feel that your student cannot travel safely to school then please – as you normally would – notify the school that your child will be absent.

If weather conditions deteriorate throughout the day and create a concern for the safety of students returning home, a decision may be made to dismiss students early. This will be communicated to parents in the best way possible through the schools’ normal communications channels.
