New orders or CHANGES made to your order must be done BEFORE the order deadline for that month. Eg, if you want to change/cancel an order for Feb 11th it must be done BEFORE January 28th.

· Please email aubreypac.hotlunch@gmail.com in case your child is to be absent for a hot lunch date by 10am the day of to have their food held at the PAC kitchen for pick up.

· Please email any Hot Lunch inquiries to aubreypac.hotlunch@gmail.com.

Alternatively, in case your child will be away on Hot lunch day, please advise the front office before 10:30am (carmela.klarich@burnabyschools.ca). Your child’s food will be held at the PAC KITCHEN for pick up. We kindly ask that if you would like the food to go to a sibling or another student in a different class that they be asked to pick up the food at the PAC KITCHEN. Food will not be sent to another classroom as this helps to reduce distribution errors as well as helps streamline distribution for the teachers.
