Beaty Museum and Pacific Museum of Earth (UBC Campus) – Nov 14th Divisions 1 & 3
As part of our science units this term we will be attending the two museums listed above to examine evidence of evolutionary adaptations and fossil evidence.
This trip will occur on Tuesday November 14th, 2023.
The guided activities begin at 10:15 at UBC which means we will need to take a school bus. We will leave Aubrey by bus at 9:15am so please ensure your child arrives on time. At UBC there will be a lunch break and self-guided activity from 11:30-12:45, followed by the second guided session until 2pm. We will return to Aubrey by 3pm.
We will be spending the day away from Aubrey so please bring:
Weather-appropriate clothing (We will be walking outside between museum activities)
Lunch
Optional snack/gift shop money
The snack options are limited in the museum, and we will not be dispersing around campus to find food so please bring lunch!
