Dear Parents and Guardians of Grades 4, 5, 6, and 7 students,
Joining us for Track is an excellent opportunity for your child to develop their athleticism, sportsmanship, communication skills, and respect for others. All players are expected to attend morning practices and afterschool Track meets with proper P.E. clothing, appropriate footwear, and a positive attitude 😊
Our team practices will be Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings from 8:15am-8:45am
Your child should meet the coaches on Aubrey’s upper gravel field for practice in weather appropriate clothing and proper footwear for running.
In addition to practicing this year, we are very fortunate to have Track Meets at Swangard Stadium where we will compete against other Burnaby School District schools. In order for students to participate in these Track Meets, we will need parent drivers to take us to Swangard Stadium and return students to Aubrey once the Track Meet is complete.
